BEAM is a community based organization serving low income residents in Jacksonville’s beaches communities. They rely heavily on community support to assist our neighbors in time of need. BEAM operates 2 food pantries in the Beaches area and are always looking for donations.
Take Cookies to a Local Fire Station
If you’d like to drop off treats at your local Jacksonvillle Fire Station, you can use this interactive map to find your closest one.
The Diaper Bank for Northeast Florida was started by a Jacksonville mom, Crystal Parks. You can send a donation via their wishlist or drop off donations at various businesses around Jacksonville.

Visit the Octopus Garden at Deck the Chairs and Learn 3 Things about Recycling
Deck the Chairs is one of our favorite Jacksonville holiday light displays. While you’re there, be sure to stop by the Octopus Garden. This lighted display is presented by Beaches Go Green. Their goal is to educate our community about recycling.
Drop off a Toy Donation for Toys for Tots
The objectives of the Foundation are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to improving communities in the future. Socks are one of the most requested items for donation at shelters. It’s easy to pick up a pack next time you’re in the store, or order some socks online to be dropped off.

Donate Hygiene Essentials to a Local Drive
When elementary school student, Veda, noticed local homeless on cold morning drives to school she was inspired to do something in her community. For the 4th consecutive year, Veda is collecting blankets and and other cold-weather & hygiene essentials to donate in our community. Shop Veda’s list online and have essential items delivered directly to be donated.
Take a Treat to the Lifeguard Station
Did you know that Jacksonville Beach has the oldest volunteer lifeguard corps in the country? You can stop by the lifeguard station at 2 Ocean Front North in Jacksonville Beach and drop off a donation or treats.
Drop off Towels or Blankets at Mission House
Mission house is a charity here in Jacksonville Beach that. Their goal is to empower individuals affected by homelessness in the Beaches area by providing food, clothing, medical care, and support services with an avenue to self-sufficiency. You can support them by donating items directly. Drop off some towels or blankets, or take a look at their current donation needs list.

The Caffeinated Cat is a cafe in Jacksonville Beach that’s more than just coffee. They are Jacksonville’s first and only Feline Coffee & Wine shop. Here you can have a cup of coffee or glass of wine with one of their cats and even adopt if you bond with one.
